 The
North Jersey Orchid Society
is dedicated
to the appreciation and conservation of orchids and
to fostering the art of orchid growing.
Major
society events include monthly meetings, two orchid auctions a
year, an annual show, a Holiday party and special outings and
events organized by our members (please see events calendar page).
Yearly
dues are $30. Currently we have about 160 members. We publish a monthly
newsletter and maintain an orchid literature lending library at
our meeting site. We welcome members and member-vendors to bring
plants to our sale table during the monthly meeting.

Century structure to a 21st
Century application: growing
miniature orchids, under lights, in
the remnants of the historical
Swartz Brewery located in Oxford,
Warren County, New Jersey.
